Important information for members about the proposed merger with Beyond Bank Australia

At South West Credit, we put our members and our local community first. And so does Beyond Bank. That’s why we recently announced our intention to merge.

This merger will bring members a range of benefits such as:

• Access to a broader and more competitive range of products and services
• More ways to access your accounts with an award-winning Mobile Banking app, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.
• Support of an Australian-based call centre with extended hours
• A national branch network, across Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, the Australian Capital Territory, and Western Australia
• Enhanced community support through B-Corp certification, community grants, and partnerships
• Wealth Management services
• Life Member Program benefits

At this stage, the merger is only “proposed” and is subject to regulatory and member approval. Members will have the opportunity to vote at a Special General Meeting to be held on Monday, 21 March 2022. If the resolution is approved, we expect the merger to take effect on 1 April 2022.
