  SMS One Time Password Security:

SMS One Time Password increases security in Internet Banking.
South West Credit requires all members who transact via Internet Banking to have this service as an added layer of security.

Users will receive an additional log in password via their mobile phone each time they log in to internet banking. The numeric password received will need to be entered in addition to their regular password, to successfully log in to internet banking. To activate this service, just log in to Internet Banking.

Select the 'Services and Help' drop down menu and click on 'Setup Security Option' and then select 'Request'.

Enter the details of the preferred mobile number that will receive the one time password.

The regular password will need to be entered as confirmation of activating SMS One Time Password.

Online eStatements provide a secure and convenient way to access your statements.

An e-Statement can’t be stolen from your mailbox, delivered to the wrong house, or taken from your trash. Plus, you use your secure Internet Banking login with SMS One Time Password technology to access your statements.
