Find out when you’ve been paid or when your account is running low on funds with real time notifications.

With SMS Alerts you can be alerted to:

  • Account balances on a regular basis.
  • Low account balances.
  • High account balances.
  • Deposits to your account, such as your salary.
  • Withdrawals on your account, above your nominated amount.

SMS Alerts allows you to easily manage your account and be alerted to any suspicious activity.

  Register for SMS Alerts:

To activate this service, simply log in to Internet Banking.
Select the 'Inbox' drop down menu and click on 'Alerts' and follow the prompts.

Alternatively you can call us on (03) 5560 3900 (9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday AEST) to set up Alerts on your behalf.
